Test 01

Single Leg Hop

Assesses lower extremity power & dynamic stability. Measure max distance in single hop.

🎯 Used for: ACL return-to-sport, quadriceps strength symmetry.
<
Test 02

Triple Hop Test

Three consecutive forward hops on the same leg. Measures functional endurance & power.

🎯 Limb Symmetry Index (LSI) >90% indicates good recovery.
Test 03

Single Leg Timed Hop

Number of hops completed in 6 seconds. Evaluates rapid force production & reactive strength.

🎯 Commonly used after patellar & hamstring tendon rehab.
Test 04

Hop Test for Distance

Classic single hop for maximal distance. Gold standard for functional performance.

🎯 Compare injured vs. healthy leg. Requires 3 trials per leg.
Test 05

Triple Crossover Hop Test

Hops cross over a 15cm midline. Challenges multiplanar control & cutting ability.

🎯 Essential for athletes returning to pivoting sports (football, kabaddi, basketball).
Test 06

Tuck Jumps

Continuous tuck jumps for 10 seconds. Assesses neuromuscular control & fatigue resistance.

🎯 Look for knee valgus, landing noise, or asymmetry — stop if form breaks.
Test 07

Vertical Hop Test

Maximal vertical jump height. Measures explosive lower body power.

🎯 Important for volleyball, basketball, and track & field athletes.
